I used to get so annoyed putting it on and taking it off numerous times with our four-seasons-in-a-day weather but considering that this has been a super chilly Winter, a warm, chunky knit jumper is essential. Japan Colour.

It's one of those weeks were my mind is just blah and I'm completely lacking motivation and my quick fix for this has always been nostalgia. It's the best suppressant around and can't be prescribed. So i decided to flick through my traveling photo's, oh Japan, what i would to to be traveling there once again. After a number (like 56) of wishful sighs I felt a little inspired by all the colour and wonderful memories I have of the absolutely amazing country. So i put on some lemon yellow nail polish, pulled up my peachy socks and dabbed on some violet lipstick and went and ate the best ramen ever!

Pleat me.

Pleated wide leg sheer pants are amazing! These photo's were taken just before i went to out on a super windy evening. I loved how the bottoms of these pants were getting caught in the wind, looking like i had this awesome long, smokey trail. And there were also some pretty un-elegant moments when my pants were flailing about crazily while i looked like a weirdo trying to keep everything in place. Note to self; wear pretty pleated pants on weather appropriate days.

Purple Tips! Yes! It's pretty exciting having some colour in my hair, it's always just been black and boring. But now it's like i have this new accessory to style with. No doubt that I'll probably get bored of it at some point, but meh, I'll just change the colour or chop it all off.

These pants are becoming my go to item because they are just so comfortable, warm and have this casual chic feel about them, the ultimate combination of a perfect Winter piece. And to top it all of they are super easy to style! Throw on an oversize tee or a buttoned up blouse and fitting sweater or a camisole and fluffy cardigan or... well, you get the gist, a kind of limitless styling set of options. I always have specific items of clothes that i just obsess over and wear to death, these pants are one of items.
